They had flats in the same style earler this summer (I still prefer the heels though!). I was thinking of trying to paint some of my old shoes in the same way...
I can't remember where but at some blog I stumbled upon this etsy-shop that had lovely painted shoes in such wonderful ways, they hada pair of heels with matryoshka dolls on them...couldn't find that shop again but i found something similar

oh, yes, i know - it was on finnflair, i guess i still got the link to the etsy-shop somewhere.. i will post it as soon as i found it in my endless etsy-favourites-list =)
i saw the flats this summer, but as they were not totally flat but platform (even though the platform was really small) i was not totally convinced.. above all, i have a shocking lack of heels in my shoerack!
Yes, you're right, these are wonderful shoes! The pattern! And the height is just perfect for everyday. I have to have them! :-)
I love them. I'd like to try to make something similar using the decoupage technique with floral napkins! They might not become waterproof though :)
